How long will it take to process my order?

It normally takes ten working days to process your order from when we receive your artwork to when it is despatched. We will contact you if there is any delay with your order.

How do I get a quotation?

You can get an instant online quotation using our website. Select your desired product from our catalogue and then you can select what sort of printing/embroidery you want, the quantity you require etc, and our website will give you an instant price. Alternatively please email us using the link under contact.

What if I can’t find what I need or have custom requirements?

We can cater for bespoke requirements. If it’s not on our website then please contact us to obtain a quotation.

What are the printing/embroidery methods available and how to I select the best one?

We cater for all the conventional techniques of applying artwork to garments. We have a table of comparison so that you can select the right technique for your needs, and you can read about each of our techniques.

How do I know what size to order?

We have measurements included in the details of most of our products. Please see individual products for information.

What is the minimum order size?

The minimum order is 1 item! You will find that Direct-to-garment and Transfer Printing are the most cost efficient methods for small orders, while Embroidery and Screen printing are best for medium to large runs. Not all printing methods (embroidery and screen printing) are available for low quantity orders. You will be advised if your order does not meet the minimum requirement when you add items to your shopping cart.

What guarantees do you offer?

We will send you a visual proof or sample prior (charges will apply) to commencing your job so that you can see how the final design will look. You need to check the proof or sample carefully as this will be representative of the final product.

If there is a fault in the manufacturing of the garment or the print application or embroidery then we will rerun your order free of charge or offer a refund.

What is the returns policy?

We will refund or rerun your order free of charge if there is a fault in the printing or embroidery. We otherwise do not accept returns due to the bespoke nature of our products. Your statutory rights are not affected by this.
